BEEF
We use a range of fully traceable breeds from Aberdeen Angus to Hereford. We regularly visit the small local farms in East Anglia where they are raised and animal welfare is the priority. They roam in fields eating grass for most of the year reaching maturity slowly, naturally developing a greater depth of flavour. We use the best cuts to make our chunky mince, just adding a pinch of salt and pepper before gently shaping our burgers by hand every day. They might not be perfectly round but they taste great.
