We have made friends with local farmers and suppliers to ensure we are buying the best whether we serve it to you on a plate or in one of our 100% recyclable take-away boxes.
Everything on our menu is fresh, locally sourced and completely free from additives, preservatives, colourings and GM nasties. Our milkshakes are made to order from the highest quality natural ingredients and the tempura batter for our home made onion rings is made fresh, daily on the premises.
Our bread rolls are baked just for us to our own special recipe. Our tea, coffee and hot chocolate is fair trade. Our ice-cream is the real authentic Italian kind from Marine Ices and our kids meals are just that – meals for kids. The same, but a bit smaller.

All our beef comes from a range of traditionally reared, grass fed, fully traceable breeds from Aberdeen Angus to Hereford. They roam free eating grass on the lush pastures for most of the year, maturing slowly, naturally developing a greater depth of flavour.
We often visit the two small farms in East Anglia where our herds are raised to make sure they are well treated which includes keeping transportation to an absolute minimum for their sake and ours.
It’s not all about the meat. Vegetarians like to eat proper fast food too. Our veggie burger and spiced organic chickpea falafels are bespoke burgers, made to our very own tried, tested and loved recipes.
Even the potatoes don’t escape our attention. We wash and cut our chunky chips by hand everyday from a sack full of the best Maris Piper potatoes. The skins are the tastiest bit, so we leave them on for extra flavour and goodness. Then we cook them twice in pure rapeseed oil before serving with a few crumbled flakes of natural sea salt.
So why do we bother? Well, you don’t get the best in life from cutting corners and doing things on the cheap. It’s the same with burgers. The better the stuff you put in, the better the stuff you get out. Yes, it’s a bit of a hassle, but it’s worth it!
Fine people
Our staff are a bit like our food, hand picked and carefully nurtured to make sure they are the very best they can be.
They prepare all the food fresh, daily on the premises. A pinch of salt and pepper is all the beef needs before being shaped into burgers and char-grilled to order.
They are also passionate about where our ingredients come from and are only too happy to let you in on a few trade secrets if you ask.
On tour
Throughout the year you will see us at sporting and music events. We believe in bringing fine burgers to the masses through any means possible, so it’s not only our chips which come in a variety of different shapes and sizes, our retail outlets do too.
